Customer Support Officer - Parks and Recreation Services
We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our Parks and Recreation Services team.
The Customer Support officer is responsible for providing a professional and efficient service to our parks and recreation customers. The role is responsible for liaising with the Customer Services Agency to ensure that appropriate information is being recorded to allow for the prompt resolution of customer requests and accurate reporting.
This position is also responsible for overseeing the administration of our Cemetery and Crematorium services and to support customers with general enquiries and service bookings when required.
The Customer Support Officer is also involved in financial administration, including processing invoice payments, raising credits and purchase orders and completing end of month financial processes.
You will be working in a team environment to help drive the future direction of Parks and Recreation for Dunedin.
Ideally you will have strong communication and system skills, experience in customer service with an ability to form collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Parks and Recreation comprises aquatics services, botanic gardens, cemeteries and crematoria, parks and reserves.
Salary range: $48,707 - 57,302
