Event Assistant - Operations (Fixed Term)
The Events and Community Development team is looking for an 'Event Extraordinaire' to support the delivery of the New Zealand Masters Games, which are being held in Dunedin in February 2022.
In this role, you will be the registration guru, and provide operational assistance to the Masters Games Manager, you will be the friendly person who helps participants, sports partners, volunteers and supporters. You will also take ownership of the Games Registration process from prior loading of all sport information through to the entire registration process for competitors, staff, volunteers and sports partners.
We need you to ensure the Games Registration System operates accurately and efficiently from start to finish, so you must have office administration experience, good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.

Salary range: $50,646 - $59,584 (pro rata)
