The purpose of the position is to co-ordinate and improve business process and performance information to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the Transport Group.
You would be responsible for budget process for agreed Transport business units, leading improvement projects, the development and coordination of performance reporting as part of the business cycle and developing/documenting business process. We have recently started one of the country's largest road maintenance contracts where this role will be instrumental in developing KPIs and operational measures to contribute to the contract's success.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the monthly management accounting cycle, be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and accounting packages and have a high level of attention to detail. To be successful in this role you are confident to engage with the wider team, external stakeholders and not be afraid to challenge current processes and ideals.
We are heavy users of Excel and Power BI so proven experience in this space would be advantageous as would competent data modelling skills and/or experience in KPI development and reporting.
Salary Range: $60,706 - $71,419
