Change Manager (Project RURU)
The Dunedin City Council is currently undertaking a number of transformational ICT Projects, the largest of which is applying artificial intelligence to assist the migration of 20Tb of data into a modern user friendly information management system. To support the successful development and impllementation of these projects across the organisation, we are now looking to fill a Change Manager position within the Council.
To be successful in this fixed term role, you will have:
- A wealth of experience in influencing cultural change across an organisation
- Be able to see the global picture, while implementing change at a local level
- Be a great communicator, with a proven ability of taking people along with you on the journey
- Have a good understanding of ICT and extensive change management experience
This role has been designed for a highly-experienced change specialist to work across the entire organisation, assisting managers and staff on how best to engage with new technology, and how they embed this in their business-as-usual activities.
Focusing on behavioural and organisational elements of change, you will work collaboratively with senior leaders to ensure a strong return on investment is achieved. You will lead the development of processes and training to support the change while also ensuring organisational values are embedded and displayed.
