We are currently seeking a Change Manager with extensive experience in managing the human elements of change arising from the implementation of new technology for a one year fixed term position.
This role has been designed for a highly experienced change specialist to work across the entire organisation assisting managers and staff in how best to engage with the new technology, and how they embed this in their business-as-usual activities.
Focusing on behavioural and organisational elements of change, you will work collaboratively with senior leaders to ensure a strong return on investment is achieved. You will lead the development of processes and training to support the change while also ensuring organisational values are embedded and displayed.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in change management in large, complex organisations coupled with a qualification or certification in change management methodology
- Advanced leadership and influencing skills
- Experience developing appropriate change management implementation processes and pragmatic tools
- Proven success in implementing significant culture change in organisations while being responsive and empathetic to impacted users
