Customer Service Officer
Our environment is a fast-paced and varied Customer Service Centre and is a vital front-line role between customers and Dunedin City Council's extensive range of services.
We are seeking positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Customer Services Officers in a fixed term, part time (6 months, 20 hours per week) position. Hours of work are Sunday and Monday, 9am to 5pm and Tuesday, 9am to 2.30pm.
The Customer Services team at DCC is committed to a friendly, timely and accurate service. The emphasis is on meeting our customers' needs at the first point of contact via telephone, email, and the Council's web-site.
With a proven track record of superlative customer service ethic, excellent communication skills and resilience to move with our variety and volume, you will have at least 2+ years' experience in a similar role within the customer service industry.

Salary range: $47,162 to $55,485 (pro-rated)
